Rise, children of loss
Shine over your sorrow
Rouse, your time has come
Lay out your wounds
Rise, children of tears
Dispel your loathing
Rouse, lead our souls
To edges of the mourning
Rise, sons of despair
Reborn from the past
Emerge, inner creations
And guide us to lust
Rise, wandering spirits
Reveal your dark desires
Howl, decay your fears
Beyond world’s sweet lies
A dense mist rise upon my feelings
Enshrouding me with mourning and fear
Screaming painfully and suffocating
Souls from withered past are near
I opened my eyes and I looked to the skies
And a cold breeze sweeps to my skin
And the windswept drops suddenly
Bearing on its wings the chants of the fallen
They will never live again in this world
They will never can hope in a better destiny
They were forgotten by their cold gods
And the death bring to them an inner salvation
Their chants are sad and salty like the sea
Like the tears they lived on autumn leaves
Their fragile paths lead them to the end
Where days turns to the cold tombs of hopes
My God, see them, hear their prayers
Help them, save them from themselves
My God, see them, hear their voices
Help them, be their guide to joy
My God, teach them, forgive their misdoings
Adopt them and give them new better live
My God, trust them, adorn with patience
Believe them and don’t let again to die...
My God, see them, hear their prayers
Help them, save them from themselves
My God, see them, hear their voices
Help them, be their guide to joy
My God, teach them, forgive their misdoings
Adopt them and give them new better live

The story of „In Lacrimaes Et Dolor” project begins in 2009. After some unsuccessful attempts to build a serious and lasting
band, Noctis meet Mauro “Hulag” Mancinelli, Francesco Torresi, Ruglud and Francesco Castricini, and they decide to transform this project into a solid band, and to change the genre into Funeral Doom Death Metal....more
This was truly a revelation. I was getting started with funeral doom, working on something with my headphones on... Then came Déluge... my jaw actually dropped, I stopped what I was doing and, wide-eyed, just listened to the track, baffled and amazed. After the album was over (I never do this), I went to lay down with my headphones to enjoy it over again.
I rarely heard (and felt) this much power and emotion in an album. Until I find something better, this is my landmark for peak funeral doom. fluo
NONE a opéré un virage dans Where Life Should Be et ça se confirme davantage dans Damp Chill of Life. Insoutenable... Jordan Vauvert
A truly stellar death/doom album with heavy doses of black metal. Tracks like Isolation, Child of Light, and Broken Hymns deliver the sorrowful and icy tone of this album, elevated by the stirring cello compositions of Raphael Weinroth-Browne. The album delivers a deeply satisfying crescendo in Becoming Intangible before stirring the soul once again with Epilogue. Matt Richardson
